Our Tryout clinics are designed for skaters at the Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam, U10, U12, and U14 playing levels.

These clinics will be fast paced, organized, and high tempo. We will help your skater get ready for tryouts with a quick blast of:

• Skating skills (forward and backward)
• Edge control
• Puck control and confidence
• Quick feet
• Passing
• Shooting
• Conditioning
• Setting the "tryout" mindset
• 6 hours of training
• All ice times at Lakeville Ames Arena
• Total cost $115
  

All the sessions will be led by “Coach Red” who has been running his Rink Rat program since 2001.   Coach Red is a Level 5 Master certified coach with USA Hockey and his proven coaching techniques and rapport with the kids guarantees your child will benefit from the program.
