OCTOBER "SCORE" 3-on-3 CROSS ICE GAMES PROGRAM at LAKEVILLE AMES ARENA 3-on-3 Cross Ice HockeyLevels - Mini-Mite, Mite/U8, Squirt/U1048 players max8 games for Mite/U8 & Squirt/U10 with a cost of $125 (includes jersey). $10 Discount if you already have a Rink Rat jersey.Goalies are 1/2 price at each level with a max of 2 goalies per levelSaturday and Sundays beginning October 2nd and continuing through October 24th. Stats and standings are not kept. This program provides your kids an opportunity to play a little "pond hockey" in a low key format in a controlled environment with our coaching staff. Fall Team and Individual Skills Development Program (Shooting Stars) |

Teams are being formed at many levels for this fantastic off-season program that incorporates full ice games as well as individual skill development through additional practice times. Currently there is room for a couple skaters at the Pee Wee B, Squirt B and Mite A2 levels and room for 1 skater at Bantam B. LEVELS:
- Squirt B2 (2 teams, 2 spots available)
- Squirt B1 (Full.....No more registrations can be taken)
- Pee Wee B (2 teams, 2 spots available)
- Bantam B (Full......No more registrations can be taken)
- JV HS Boys (1 spots available)
- U10A (Full.....No more registrations can be taken.)
- U12A (Full.....No more registrations can be taken.)
- Mite B (FULL.....NO MORE REGISTRATIONS CAN BE TAKEN.)
- Mite A (2nd team added......room for 4 more skaters)
Current team schedules pasted below: PROGRAM INCLUDES: - 10-11 game Showcase schedule (Mid August through Late September......(Nothing scheduled over Labor Day weekend)
- 6 on-ice skill development sessions run by Coach Red (USA Hockey Master Level 5 Coach) and his staff. Practice dates and times will be scheduled once I receive the game schedule to avoid conflicts. These practice sessions will focus on specific individual skills like:
- Power Skating and Quickness
- Defense Skills
- Shooting, Scoring and Stick Handling
- Play making
- Checking and Body Play
- Small Area Games
- Team jersey
- All practice sessions will be held at Lakeville arenas
- Games will be played full ice throughout the metro area
- There will be 4 goalie specific training sessions
- Pre-Season evaluation for all players focusing in on your child's strengths and weaknesses prior to tryouts.
- FEE INCLUDES A FREE REGISTRATION INTO ANY OF OUR FALL SKILL CLINICS OR PRE-TRYOUT CLINICS THAT WILL TAKE PLACE IN SEPTEMBER (Except HS Boys fall program).
- Discounts for those willing to help coach/manage teams

Our Snipers clinics are designed for boys and girls from High School down to Squirt/U10 that want to make more plays, score more goals and be more confident with the puck.
These clinics will focus on: - Puck control and confidence

- Quick feet
- Passing
- Shooting
- Vision
- Puck protection
- Creativity
All the sessions will be led by “Coach Red” who has been running his Rink Rat program since 2001. Coach Red is a Level 5 Master certified coach with USA Hockey and his proven coaching techniques and rapport with the kids guarantees your child will benefit from the program. - 4 hours of training

Our Fall Goalie Clinics are designed for goalies (Boys and Girls) at the Squirt/U10 level and older.
These clinics will be well organized, and will give your goalie a good deal of fundamentals, confidence and skill work prior to the season starting.
- Stance/Posture
- Edge control
- Footwork
- Save selection
- Quickness with hands and feet
- Puck control
- Conditioning
- Setting the “tryout” mindset
- 4 hours of training
- All ice times at Lakeville Ames Arena
- All participants will be welcomed to join any of our fall clinic ice times at the appropriate level and on a first come basis. This could equal up to another 8-12 hours of ice.
